Fairfield Event:

Kick off Halloween weekend with a special tour of Oak Lawn Cemetery! Explore the final resting place for many notable area residents, including Rufus Baker, Michael J. Daly, Olive Gould Jennings, Virginia Marquand Monroe, Mary Tyler Moore, Jason Robards, Frances Wakeman, and Mabel Osgood Wright. You’ll also discover the cemetery’s design as a place for the living with its role as an arboretum and its many natural features.

Space is limited. Registration is required. $10 for Members; $15 for Non-Members.

Tours start at 12 pm and 1:30 pm.

Tour Location: Meet at Oak Lawn Cemetery entrance.

Program Details

Pre-registration is required—no drop-ins will be allowed.
Tours are approximately 45 minutes long and will depart on their ghostly journey promptly at 12 PM and 1:30 PM.
Tours will meet at the front entrance of Oak Lawn Cemetery.
This program is recommended for adults and kids ages 12 and up.
In case of inclement weather, the Fairfield Museum will make every effort to reschedule the tour. Please check the Fairfield Museum website (www.fairfieldhistory.org) for weather-related updates.
No refunds will be given unless the program is cancelled by the Fairfield Museum.
