Earth Day Sound Jam: Tales of Connecticut Birds, Waterfalls & Whales. Come celebrate Earth Day 2023 with us for our annual Pequot Library Climate Change Initiative Lecture. Tune into the deep, funky, and delightful sounds of nature at a live storytelling sound jam celebrating our creaturely connections to animals and place. Together, we will explore our sense of hearing and consider how nature communicates worlds to us when we listen. We will hear tales from local storytellers and participate in indoor and outdoor (weather permitting) listening explorations. Family friendly. All ages are welcome.
