Welsh is an Assistant Professor of the Practice and Clinical Faculty Specialist in Midwifery at Fairfield University and winner of 1996 Pulitzer Prize in Feature Photography. This event is presented in conjunction with the exhibition Women’s Rights are Human Rights, on view in the Walsh Gallery.
