The best of both worlds, Viki combines breathing and mindfulness with functional fitness moves that will energize you for the day.

Take a midday break and join us for this 6 week series designed for all levels, including beginner. You might think of Chair Yoga as slow and tedious, but this class is fun, challenging, lively, stimulating and empowering! If you have a strap, belt or towel have it handy.
